Check in time at 3:00 PM and Check out time at 11:00 AM
The property will be ready for occupancy at 3:00 PM on the beginning date of the least and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the ending date of the lease.

Policies and Other Fees
Cancellations and Refunds
A full refund will be granted if cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to arrival at Las Vegas Luxurious Rentals.Com. If 60 up to 30 days prior to arrival a 100% refund. If 29 days up to 14 days, a 50% refund, 13 days to 0 days, no refund. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airlines delays, strikes, world events, wars, personal issues or acts of God.
Las Vegas Luxurious Rentals.Com is not responsible for any hacking or infiltration of its system by a third party. The Company (Las Vegas Luxurious Rentals.Com) disclaims any obligation to reimburse the client due to a failure of its system.
The client by using the website and services, the client agrees to accept all these conditions in this Agreement.
Security Deposit
A deposit in the amount of $299.00 U.S. funds is acceptable at the time of making a reservation. Las Vegas Luxurious Rentals.Com will return the deposit, within three weeks after the lease expiration, less any amount deducted for damage and international long distance telephone charges or tolls.
Also the client could be directed to a local bank that Las Vegas Luxurious Rentals.Com has made arrangement with for a certifed check. The certifed check on a local bank can be left, payable to Las Vegas Luxurious Rentals.Com. The client may leave the deposit on file with Las Vegas Luxurious Rentals.Com, for future reservations dates.
A deposit-handling fee of $100.00 U.S. is applicable to all reservations.
Cleaning Fee
The Fee is $200.00 U.S. Funds
The client is liable for all replacements and repairs needed to obtain the same condition as when the occupancy commenced, this applies to both inside and outside the unit. Other than normal and laundry of linens, which should only take six hours. We charge $80.00 per hour after six hours.
The client is aware that pets are allowed by a prearrangement with us at time of a Confirmed Reservation and are on a space available basis. No smoking or loud parties are allowed at the rental units. NO USE OTHER THAN A PRIVATE RESIDENCE IS ACCEPTABLE. NO PHOTO, FILM OR ANY MEDIA USE OF THIS PROPERTY IS ALLOWED

The management (Las Vegas Luxuriuos Rentals.Com) is not responsible for any valuables. I agree that my liability for the charges is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay. I further agree to pay all costs associated with smoking in a non-smoking home, damage or loss to any room items, creation of disturbing noise, allowing pets in my room and the cost of cleaning extraordinary dirty home that I have signed for. Cost is determined by rental management. (Las Vegas Luxurious Rentals.Com) Las Vegas Luxurious Rentals.Com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. Notification of changes in the Agreement will be posted on Website.
